ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS


        PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at the Glenville Municipal Center, 18 Glenridge Road, Glenville, NY 12302-4518 on Monday, December 15, 2008 at 7 p.m. to hear all persons interested in the following applications as provided for by the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Glenville.

        Application of HB & I, LLC 174 Saratoga Road, Glenville, NY  12302 for two Area Variances that will allow for a paved parking area associated with a proposed professional office to be located closer that the required 40 feet to a residential property line.  The applicant is proposing to establish a parking area and entrance a distance of 23 feet to the easterly lot line and a parking area 10 feet to the northerly lot line.  Both adjoining properties are residentially zoned.  Said property is located in a Professional Residential Zoning District at the northeast corner of Rt. 50 and Lincoln Drive and is identified on tax map 22.15-3-8.
        In accordance with the Code of the Town of Glenville 270-73 (off Street Parking & Loading) Section C (4):  A parking lot (including its entrance and exit driveways) serving a nonresidential or multifamily use may not be located any closer than 40 feet to the property line of a single or two family dwelling.
